Proteomic data analysis tutorial using the TPP

Tutorial Instructor: Alexey Nesvizhskii, University of Michigan, nesvi@umich.edu

This course cover fundamental and practical aspects of analyzing proteomic data using TPP, from protein database search to protein validation. It will include a practical demonstration using a HeLa human cell line sample (ProteomeXchange identifier: PXD006932).

Short course at the US HUPO Conference

Stable and Transient Protein-Protein Interactions: Discovery, Quantification and Validation

First offered in 2012, this course cover fundamental and practical aspects of studying protein interactions, from experimental design to data analysis. It will include a practical demonstration of the CRAPome resource.

ASMS short course

Bioinformatics for Protein Identification

First offered in 2011, the course seeks to familiarize proteomics researchers with the inner workings of the software that enables the analysis of mass spectrometry-based proteomics data. The course includes a hands-on tutorial on the Trans-Proteomic Pipeline.
